Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, contact us at hello@madkrystal.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case mad.krystal will cover return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This policy does not cover packages returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes — see our Shipping Policy for details.
