Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined solely by your country’s customs authority and are entirely the buyer’s responsibility — they are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and mad.krystal has no control over or insight into their amount.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

mad.krystal is not responsible for:

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged on your order

• Packages delayed, held, inspected, or seized by customs

• Orders refused, abandoned, or returned by the customer due to unexpected customs charges

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued for the product price, original shipping cost, or any return shipping/handling fees incurred. This is treated as a final sale.
